We're looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused Banquet Servers to join our fast-paced banquet and expo event center. If you enjoy working in a team environment, thrive in high-volume settings, and take pride in providing exceptional guest service, we'd love to meet you.

Our venue hosts everything from weddings and galas to corporate conferences, trade shows, expos, and large-scale special events. No two days are the same!

Responsibilities
Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including food and beverage displays, place settings, and décor.
Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally to large groups of guests.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe event space throughout each function.
Clear tables, reset rooms, and assist with post-event breakdown and cleaning.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bartenders, supervisors, and fellow team members.
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
Assist with multiple events and room turnovers while maintaining high service standards.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support successful event operations.

Qualifications
Previous banquet, restaurant, catering, or hospitality experience preferred, but we're willing to train motivated individuals.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
