Institutes of Health (IOH) is a leader in behavioral medicine, medical psychology, neurology, and chronic pain rehabilitation services. As we expand into the Los Angeles market, we are seeking a Neurologist to join our multidisciplinary team and support patients experiencing neurological impairments, traumatic brain injuries, chronic headaches, and work-related neurological conditions.
The Role
As a Neurologist with IOH, you will provide non-surgical, outpatient specialty care focused on:
Neurocognitive assessment
Traumatic brain injury (TBI) evaluations
Functional improvement
You will collaborate with psychology, PM&R, pain management, and rehabilitation services to promote a holistic recovery process.
What You’ll Do
Perform comprehensive neurological evaluations, including concussion and post-traumatic assessments
Diagnose and manage neurological disorders related to work injuries and trauma
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create coordinated treatment plans
Document clinical findings aligned with Workers’ Compensation guidelines
Monitor patient progress and adjust recommendations to maximize functional outcomes

Values a 100% Outpatient, non-procedural practice
Enjoys managing TBI, Neurocognitive, and complex neurological cases
Thrives in a biopsychosocial, team based model
Is focused on functional recovery and return-to- work outcomes
Is looking to transition away from high-volume or procedural practice
What We’re Looking For
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Neurology
Active and unrestricted California medical license (required)
Outpatient and neurocognitive experience preferred
Workers’ Compensation experience a plus
Strong communication and documentation skills
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
