The Lot Ambassador / Employee Stacking Valet is responsible for overseeing the 3333 PCH parking lot and helping maintain a safe, organized, and efficient parking operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the entire property to ensure parking is being used by customers, tenants, visitors, and other authorized users of 3333 PCH.
• Help prevent unauthorized parking by individuals visiting businesses or destinations outside of the property.
• Professionally communicate parking rules and assist guests as needed.
• Monitor parking availability, traffic flow, and overall lot conditions.
• Assist Lido Marina Village employees using the designated employee parking program.
• Safely park, stack, and reposition employee vehicles when needed to maximize parking capacity.
• Maintain organized and secure control of vehicle keys.
• Report parking violations, safety concerns, or operational issues to management.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional parking environment.
