In this role, you will act as a strategic connector across processes, projects, governance, and planning within a Treasury organization. You will support strategic planning cycles, translating priorities into structured initiatives, measurable objectives, and actionable follow-ups. The position combines strategic PMO activities, budget management, KPI and OKR monitoring, executive governance, and risk-related processes. You will partner with finance, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders to improve visibility and support informed decision-making. Your analytical and structured approach will help ensure that strategic initiatives remain aligned, measurable, and effectively executed. - Support the facilitation, structuring, and consolidation of annual and multi-year strategic planning for the Treasury organization, ensuring priorities and initiatives are clearly documented and aligned.
- Monitor OKRs, KPIs, and strategic indicators on a recurring basis, developing dashboards and management views to provide visibility into progress, risks, and deviations.
- Support the strategic PMO by directly coordinating major initiatives and projects, establishing appropriate frameworks and methodologies, and consolidating monthly status reports.
- Partner with FP&A throughout the annual budgeting cycle, including forecast revisions and monitoring of actual versus budgeted spending across cost centers, consulting expenses, and other expenditures.
- Maintain and integrate official calendars for executive meetings, governance rituals, committees, and strategic events, ensuring visibility of key milestones and follow-up actions.
- Map and support access-request and access-revocation processes, conduct periodic profile audits, and contribute to the review and improvement of internal policies alongside Risk and Compliance teams.
- Facilitate executive meetings and governance rituals, helping stakeholders maintain alignment, accountability, and visibility across strategic priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, data utilization, and decision-making through analytical tools, automation, and emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence.
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Postgraduate education, specialization, or certifications in Project Management, Strategy, Corporate Governance, or related disciplines are considered a plus.
- Familiarity with traditional and agile project management methodologies, including PMBOK, Scrum, and Kanban.
- Practical experience with strategic management, goal-setting methodologies, and performance indicators such as OKRs and KPIs.
- Strong proficiency in advanced Excel and data visualization or dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Comfortable working with collaboration and project management platforms such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
- Basic understanding of corporate budgeting and cost management, including P&L and CapEx/OpEx concepts.
- Interest in data management, artificial intelligence, and analytical tools that can help bridge business needs and technology capabilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with confidence facilitating meetings, executive governance rituals, and cross-functional discussions.
- Analytical, organized, structured, and detail-oriented approach to problem solving and project execution.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and maintain visibility over strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment.
