We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Part-Time Retail Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service. • Create exceptional shopping experiences by engaging customers and providing product expertise
• Drive sales and help achieve or exceed store performance goals
• Demonstrate ZWILLING products across our portfolio of premium kitchen brands
• Maintain visually appealing merchandising and product presentation standards
• Support in-store events, promotions, and demonstrations that generate customer excitement and traffic
• Build and maintain customer relationships through our CRM system
• Receive and organize merchandise shipments efficiently and accurately
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and team-oriented store environment

• A genuine passion for cooking, food, or culinary products
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holiday schedules as needed
• A positive attitude with the ability to adapt in a dynamic retail environment
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. and safely use a ladder when needed
• Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship

$16.50 - $17.50 per hour, based on experience
