Accountabilities:

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies while managing teams, budgets, campaigns, and external partnerships. This role requires strong leadership, operational planning, and the ability to translate business priorities into measurable marketing outcomes.

  • Develop, execute, and evaluate strategic marketing plans that support revenue goals, product launches, brand objectives, and responsible engagement initiatives.
  • Lead and manage marketing teams by establishing goals, providing coaching, supporting professional development, and fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee brand identity initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging, positioning, and customer experiences across all channels.
  • Manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, paid media, and traditional channels in collaboration with agencies and external partners.
  • Develop and maintain marketing budgets while ensuring effective resource allocation and measurable campaign performance.
  • Oversee digital platforms, including websites, applications, social media channels, CRM initiatives, and analytics programs to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Support retail marketing strategies and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize customer-facing initiatives.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with applicable regulations, responsible business practices, and organizational standards.
  • Use customer insights, analytics, and performance data to improve marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage vendor and agency relationships to deliver high-quality marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Communicate marketing performance, recommendations, and strategic insights to leadership teams.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a strategic marketing professional with strong leadership experience, a proven ability to manage complex campaigns, and expertise across multiple marketing disciplines.

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of professional marketing experience with oversight of areas such as brand identity, paid media, digital platforms, or retail marketing, along with three years of supervisory or management experience; or eight years of professional marketing experience with three years of supervisory or management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing marketing strategies that support business growth, customer engagement, and organizational objectives.
  • Experience managing marketing teams, providing mentorship, setting performance expectations, and developing talent.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, integrated campaigns, digital marketing, customer relationship management, and analytics.
  • Ability to manage budgets, prioritize initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, vendors, and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence internal and external partners.
  • Experience working within regulated industries or environments requiring compliance and responsible marketing practices is a plus.
  • Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities and the ability to use data to guide decisions.
