In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions while ensuring alignment with platform standards and client requirements. You will provide technical expertise across IRM and SecOps modules and support the delivery of high-quality enterprise solutions.
- Configure and continuously develop ServiceNow platform capabilities according to business and technical requirements.
- Provide expert guidance and best practice recommendations for ServiceNow implementations within assigned domain areas.
- Design, document, and execute technical solutions, including technical design documentation and unit testing.
- Develop configurations and customizations when required based on project needs.
- Ensure all solutions follow ServiceNow development standards, governance practices, and recommended methodologies.
- Collaborate with project teams, technical stakeholders, and business users to deliver effective platform enhancements.
- Troubleshoot issues and support ongoing improvements to ServiceNow environments.
- Contribute technical knowledge and recommendations to optimize platform performance and usability.
The ideal candidate is an experienced ServiceNow developer with hands-on expertise in IRM and/or SecOps modules. You should have strong technical problem-solving skills, knowledge of enterprise platforms, and the ability to deliver secure and scalable solutions in a consulting environment.
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience working with ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management) and/or SecOps (Security Operations) modules.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow configuration and development activities.
- Ability to create technical documentation and perform unit testing for developed solutions.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform standards, best practices, and implementation methodologies.
- Experience providing technical recommendations and working with business and technical stakeholders.
- ServiceNow certification in at least one IRM or SecOps module is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB is considered an advantage.
- Experience working with FedRAMP environments is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote contract setting while collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
