Pt. Jefferson St. - RN or LPN Needed for Pediatric Home Care in Antwerp, New York at Christian Nursing Registry Inc.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN or LPN to provide care for a 6-year-old male pediatric patient with complex medical needs. The patient has a G-tube and a history of liver transplant. He is non-verbal and non-ambulatory and requires full assistance with activities of daily living.

Additional care needs include G-tube feedings and medication administration, assistance with hand and ankle splints, and support with vision needs, including the use of glasses and an eye patch.

Shifts Avail:
DAYS: Saturday 6am - 4pm and Sunday 6am - 3pm
EVES: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 4:30pm - 11pm and Sunday 2pm - 7pm

Requirement:
o Current New York State RN or LPN Nursing License
