Senior PM/Senior PM II, TodayTix in New York, New York at TodayTix Group
Job Description
We’re looking for a curious and entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager or Senior Product Manager II to join the TodayTix product team and raise the bar for how we build. TodayTix is TTG’s flagship consumer product, the mobile app and web experience connecting millions of people with the live events they love. Your work will directly shape how customers discover, purchase, and return to TodayTix.
This is an outcome ownership role, not a project execution role. The team is shifting from shipping projects to owning results, and we need someone who can pick up any problem space, build conviction quickly from ambiguity, and own it end to end. That means challenging assumptions, questioning whether work is worth doing, and reaching instinctively for AI to think and prototype along the way.
We’re open to hiring either a Senior Product Manager or Senior Product Manager II. True to our value Let Experience Inform You, Not Confine You, how you think and what you’ve owned matter more to us than years on paper.
Please note: This is a full-time position. Qualified candidates must be based in the greater New York City area. We encourage collaboration by working a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, with flexibility to choose where you work for the rest of the week.
Early ownership → Within your first 30 days, you’ve taken on problem, formed a point of view, and shipped, tested or killed something real.
Measurable impact shipped → Initiatives launch with defined success metrics and get real post-launch analysis, including the second- and third-order “why” questions that shape the next iteration.
Decisions driven by customer insight → A continuous discovery loop is running where one didn’t exist, and what you learn from customers visibly changes what gets prioritized.
Focus on what matters → Effort has moved toward the opportunities with the greatest customer and business impact, and away from work that wasn’t paying off.
Direction from ambiguity → You own your problem space end to end, with a clear plan grounded in customer evidence and business priorities.
Raising the bar → The team ships faster and thinks more sharply because of how you frame problems, bring the right people together, and give feedback.
Own consumer product problems end to end. Take responsibility for defined areas of the TodayTix experience and their KPIs, from identifying opportunities through delivery, measurement, and iteration.
Find and test the right problems: start from customer needs and business priorities, and validate with research, experiments and AI prototypes before committing resources
Make decisions with conviction. Develop a clear point of view with imperfect information and communicate your reasoning.
Collaborate to get things done. Partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, and commercial stakeholders to align on priorities and deliver meaningful improvements to the customer experience.
Consumer product experience. You’ve built products people use and know how to connect customer needs to business outcomes.
A track record of ownership. You can explain not just what you shipped, but why it mattered and what you’d do differently.
Strong product instincts and range. You think on your feet and can break down unfamiliar problems, even outside your expertise.
An entrepreneurial mindset. You take initiative, question whether work is worth doing, and don’t need a fully formed brief to start.
A data-informed, customer-centric approach. You test your thinking with evidence and change your mind when the facts change.
Practical fluency with AI. You use AI daily to research, analyze, and prototype, and know when its output needs a second look.
Strong communication and collaboration skills. You explain your thinking clearly and bring people along without formal authority.
Startup or growth-stage experience is a big plus. You’ve made progress without an established playbook.
A genuine enthusiasm for theatre and live entertainment.
Salary ranges are determined by competitive market data for our size, stage, and industry, experience and location of the applicant, and our internal salary banding, which is reviewed at least annually.
We aim to be as transparent, equitable, and fair as possible. Qualified candidates and our Talent Acquisition team will discuss salary and benefits in the initial conversation, and final salary will be determined after candidates complete the interview process. We expect that the majority of candidates who are offered roles at TTG fall healthily throughout the range based on the above factors.
