Sholar Automotive is looking for an experienced, motivated, and sales-driven Automotive Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first phone call through vehicle delivery.
- Build lasting customer relationships through trust, professionalism, and follow-through.
- Confidently present and sell automotive repair and maintenance services.
- Educate customers on recommended repairs and help them make informed decisions.
- Prepare accurate estimates and manage repair orders from start to finish.
- Proactively communicate with customers throughout the repair process.
- Follow up on estimates, declined services, and customer concerns.
- Work closely with technicians to ensure accurate communication and efficient workflow.
- Consistently work toward established sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Take ownership of responsibilities and contribute to a positive, professional team environment.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2–3 years of automotive service advisor/service writer experience required.
- Proven automotive sales experience required.
- Valid New York State driver's license required.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence presenting estimates, handling objections, and closing sales.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance, attitude, and work ethic.
- Dependable, accountable, and self-motivated.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced automotive repair environment.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation & Benefits

- Expected annual earnings of $70,000–$90,000, including base salary and commission.
- Commission based on total store gross profit dollars.
