At Sioux Chief Manufacturing, we're proud of our people, our products, and our culture. We're looking for a Customer Service Support Representative to join our Customer Service team and play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do

No two days are exactly alike! In this role, you'll:

• Communicate with customers and manufacturer representatives regarding order status and shipping updates.
• Review back-orders and provide estimated ship dates.
• Recommend alternative products when appropriate.
• Process consignment warehouse orders and invoices.
• Manage consignment inventory.
• Coordinate with our Planning team to help keep customer orders moving.
• Prepare international shipping documentation.
• Support the Customer Service team wherever needed.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• A strong communicator who enjoys helping others.
• Comfortable with data entry and computer systems.
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, dependable, and team-focused.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience or knowledge of customer service principles preferred.
