You will partner with Customer Experience, Renewals, Sales, and Operations teams to improve retention, forecasting accuracy, and customer growth strategies.
The position combines analytics, process optimization, and cross-functional leadership within a fast-moving SaaS environment.
You will own critical renewal forecasting initiatives, develop health scoring models, and identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes.

The Revenue Strategist Manager, Renewals will play a key role in strengthening renewal operations by combining business analytics, strategic thinking, and operational excellence. This position will support leadership teams with actionable insights, improve forecasting processes, and drive initiatives that increase retention and expansion opportunities.
- Analyze renewal pipelines across direct and partner-led motions to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead and optimize global renewal forecasting processes by incorporating customer health insights and predictive analytics.
- Build, maintain, and enhance renewal health scoring models to identify early risk indicators and support proactive intervention strategies.
- Translate renewal performance data, churn drivers, and expansion trends into clear recommendations for Customer Success and Renewals leadership.
- Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and operational enhancements that improve data quality and efficiency.
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, IT, and customer-facing teams to improve systems, reporting, and scalable renewal workflows.
- Create dashboards, business reviews, and executive presentations that communicate performance insights and strategic recommendations.
- Promote data-driven decision-making by establishing analytical best practices and supporting adoption of new tools and processes.
- Manage cross-functional strategic initiatives and influence stakeholders across teams and regions.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in renewals, revenue operations, customer success strategy, or analytics roles supporting go-to-market teams. They should combine technical expertise with strong communication skills and the ability to influence business decisions through data-driven insights.
- Extensive experience working with renewal processes, customer success operations, revenue strategy, or related analytical roles within a SaaS or recurring revenue environment.
- Proven experience driving strategic projects that improve customer retention, renewal performance, and expansion outcomes.
- Strong understanding of renewal forecasting, pipeline management, business analytics, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
- Advanced Salesforce experience, including creating reports, dashboards, custom report types, and calculated fields.
- Experience with business intelligence and analytics tools such as Tableau, Sisense, Snowflake, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency with SQL and spreadsheet-based analysis for data modeling, trend analysis, and performance tracking.
- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools and modern data workflows.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analysis to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage projects, collaborate across functions, and influence without direct authority.
- Experience in technology, software, or enterprise customer environments is preferred.
- Competitive base salary range of $126,400–$213,600 USD annually, depending on experience, skills, location, and other job-related factors.
