Accountabilities
  • Analyze player behavior across the full customer lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, monetization, churn, and reactivation.
  • Perform player segmentation, cohort analysis, funnel analysis, retention analysis, and behavioral analytics to identify opportunities for product optimization and growth.
  • Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments by defining hypotheses, selecting success metrics, conducting statistical analyses, and interpreting results.
  • Measure the effectiveness of game features, promotions, live events, bonuses, and marketing campaigns to support data-driven product decisions.
  • Develop and maintain key product metrics, dashboards, reporting frameworks, and recurring performance reports for multiple games and player segments.
  • Investigate KPI fluctuations, identify underlying causes, and provide actionable recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Game Operations, Engineering, and Data Engineering teams to define analytics requirements, improve data quality, optimize tracking, and strengthen analytical frameworks across the organization.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience within gaming, online entertainment, betting, financial analytics, or another high-volume digital product environment.
  • Advanced SQL skills with proven experience analyzing large-scale datasets.
  • Strong knowledge of gaming and product performance metrics, including DAU, MAU, retention, churn, conversion, ARPU, ARPPU, payer rate, LTV, and player value.
  • Solid foundation in statistics, hypothesis testing, experimental design, and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience using Python or R for data analysis, automation, and statistical modeling.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Apache Superset.
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouse platforms such as Amazon Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Databricks.
  • Experience with event tracking design, data validation, and improving analytical datasets.
  • Excellent analytical thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience publishing statistical research in an SCI-indexed journal is considered an advantage.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary with quarterly performance-based bonuses.
  • Fully remote work environment with flexible working hours and core collaboration time.
  • 28 days of paid annual leave.
  • High-quality equipment provided to support your work.
  • Referral and performance bonus opportunities.
  • Annual company retreats for networking and team collaboration.
  • Opportunity to work with cross-functional international teams on high-impact gaming products.
  • Fast-paced, data-driven culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
