Production & Sanitation Associate — Split Shift in Willoughby, Ohio at The Fremont Company

For over 120 years, our family-owned company has brought Farm Fresh Flavor to tables across the country, from our signature bean salads to pickled vegetables like Sweet Pickled Beets and Dilled Brussels Sprouts. We're looking for hardworking people to help us keep that tradition going at our Willoughby, Ohio facility.

We're hiring a Production & Sanitation Associate for a Monday–Thursday schedule, 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM (10-hour shifts, 40 hours per week). This role splits time between hands-on production work and sanitation duties, keeping our lines running and our facility spotless.

What you'll do:

• Operate and monitor production equipment during assigned shifts
• Perform sanitation and cleaning duties in production areas following food safety standards
• Follow all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and food safety protocols
• Assist with changeovers and equipment cleaning between production runs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift
• Communicate any equipment or quality issues to shift leads
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

What we're looking for:

• Ability to work a 10-hour shift, Monday through Thursday
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Willingness to perform both production and sanitation tasks
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Previous manufacturing or food production experience a plus, but not required
