Job description:

The busser supports the restaurant by maintaining clean and replenished dining areas. They are responsible for clearing tables, placing tableware, and providing great communication.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Prepare dining areas before guests are seated.
• Remove dirty utensils and dishware and replenish.
• Clean and reset tables after guests leave.
• Maintain health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Self-driven, proactive, and punctual.

Qualifications:

• Restaurant bussing experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain proper sanitation and food safety standards.
• Ability to spot problems and resolve them quickly and efficiently.
• Follow company policies and procedures and comply with all state and federal regulations.

• Ability to maintain professional demeaner and communication.
• Ability to maintain proper uniform and professional presentation.

• Safeguard the team by maintaining a healthy and safe workplace, environment, and culture.

Ability to walk up and down stairs.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
