The Full Stack Developer - GenAI will be responsible for architecting, developing, and delivering AI-driven applications while providing technical leadership across development initiatives. This role requires strong engineering expertise, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to bridge business needs with innovative technology solutions.

• Design and architect end-to-end AI, machine learning, and Generative AI solutions using modern cloud platforms.
• Develop scalable full stack applications and AI-powered automation solutions from concept through implementation.
• Lead technical teams by providing guidance, removing delivery roadblocks, and supporting successful project execution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges, refine requirements, and translate needs into effective technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership in defining solution architectures, development approaches, and implementation strategies.
• Build proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate new AI/ML capabilities and accelerate innovation.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, large language models, and industry trends to recommend adoption strategies.
• Mentor developers and support engineering teams through best practices, architecture decisions, and technical guidance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution specifications.
• Contribute to modern software development practices, including cloud-native development, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.

The ideal candidate is a technically strong software engineer with experience building AI-enabled solutions, leading technical initiatives, and working across cloud environments. You should have a passion for emerging technologies and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• 7+ years of experience in software development, architecture, and engineering leadership.
• Proven experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Strong expertise with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), and evolving AI frameworks.
• Strong understanding of modern software architecture principles, including microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience developing full stack applications using technologies such as React, Node.js, and related programming languages.
• Experience working with cloud-based data stores, vector databases, embeddings, and AI data pipelines.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and AI/ML development practices.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing complex technology projects.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts effectively.
• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern software delivery approaches.
• Cloud certifications such as GCP Professional or Azure Solutions Architect are considered an asset.
• Experience delivering large-scale AI/ML deployments or contributing to open-source projects is a plus.
