  • Create information architectures, user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to validate concepts before development.
  • Define interaction patterns, states, and UX logic while preparing clear documentation for design and engineering teams.
  • Build and refine reusable components and ensure designs are optimized for implementation across digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to support experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing and iterative improvements.
  • Use analytics tools, funnel data, session recordings, and heatmaps to identify opportunities and measure the impact of design changes.
  • Maintain a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and mobile-first design principles.
  • Contribute to the creation of new digital experiences by helping shape product direction and customer-facing solutions.
  • Design scalable UX patterns that support expansion across multiple markets while maintaining consistency.
  • Contribute validated flows, interaction patterns, and documentation to support the evolution of a shared design system.
Requirements:

  • Approximately 3–5 years of experience in UX design, product design, or a related field.
  • Experience designing ecommerce, direct-to-consumer, or customer-facing digital experiences is preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in information architecture, user flows, prototyping, research, and measurable business impact.
  • Experience conducting usability testing and translating customer research and behavioral insights into design solutions.
  • Strong understanding of conversion optimization, experimentation, and iterative product improvement.
  • Comfortable testing ideas, learning from feedback, and adapting designs based on results.
  • Advanced proficiency with Figma, including prototyping and collaborative design workflows.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design principles, usability standards, and accessibility best practices.

  • Knowledge of agentic coding, web design architecture, or advanced Figma design systems is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote or hybrid work options with flexible scheduling.
  • Health benefits available after 6 months.
  • Free grocery plan.
  • 15 days of paid time off (PTO).
