The Feasibility Manager is responsible for leading feasibility activities across assigned clinical studies, ensuring protocol requirements, site capabilities, recruitment strategies, and operational considerations are thoroughly evaluated. This role supports study planning by delivering accurate feasibility insights, maintaining high-quality documentation, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize study execution.
- Lead global clinical feasibility assessments by reviewing protocols, sponsor requirements, site selection criteria, internal databases, feasibility questionnaires, and operational data to determine study-site fit and enrollment potential.
- Develop feasibility recommendations and support study planning activities by evaluating site capabilities, therapeutic experience, patient access, and recruitment opportunities.
- Partner with Business Development, Patient Recruitment, Study Start-Up, Clinical Operations, Vendor Management, investigators, and site leadership to gather insights and align feasibility strategies.
- Collaborate with recruitment and operational teams to develop patient enrollment strategies and assess recruitment risks and opportunities.
- Prepare feasibility documentation, maintain accurate records within feasibility systems, and ensure complete handoffs to downstream operational teams.
- Maintain data integrity and support reporting activities by ensuring feasibility information is accurate, complete, and accessible.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by enhancing feasibility resources, workflows, and knowledge-sharing practices.
- Provide feasibility expertise across multiple therapeutic areas and support departmental initiatives as needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical research, site feasibility, and study planning, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote, fast-moving environment. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication abilities, sound judgment, and the ability to collaborate effectively with geographically distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical research experience, including experience with feasibility assessments, site identification, site selection, or related activities.
- Strong understanding of clinical research processes, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and industry standards.
- Experience evaluating study protocols, assessing site capabilities, and supporting enrollment planning.
- Excellent project and process management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Ability to make evidence-based decisions and apply strong analytical judgment.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to build effective relationships across departments and with external stakeholders.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative remote team environment.
- Competitive annual salary range of $75,000 – $95,000 USD.
