The Senior Group Supervisor will lead and support teams of technicians working across construction and installation projects.
You will help coordinate project activities, resources, schedules, and workforce needs to keep delivery on track.
The role combines hands-on supervisory leadership with project management and resource-planning responsibilities.
You’ll work in a mission-focused environment supporting critical government and aviation-related programs.
Your expertise in FAA-related operations and construction or installation methods will help ensure safe and effective project execution.

- Supervise and provide day-to-day leadership to a group of technicians supporting construction and installation projects.
- Provide project management support, helping teams coordinate activities and maintain progress against project objectives.
- Develop and maintain resource schedules to align personnel availability with project requirements.
- Perform resource leveling to balance workloads, resolve staffing constraints, and support efficient project execution.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders and technical teams to communicate priorities, schedules, and resource needs.
- Apply knowledge of construction and installation means and methods to support effective field and project activities.
- Use extensive FAA-related experience to help teams navigate program requirements and deliver high-quality results.
- Promote effective teamwork, accountability, and operational consistency across assigned activities.
- Demonstrated experience supervising technical teams, preferably within FAA-related programs or environments.
- Strong understanding of construction and installation means, methods, and project execution practices.
- Experience supporting project management activities, including scheduling and resource coordination.
- Ability to develop resource plans, identify capacity challenges, and prioritize competing requirements.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technicians, project teams, stakeholders, and government-related customers.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a complex, mission-focused environment.
- A background in aviation, federal programs, construction, installation, or related technical operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with distributed teams.
- No security clearance is required for this position.
- Salary range: $88,400–$154,700 per year, depending on qualifications, experience, and other applicable factors.
