Accountabilities:

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience supervising technical teams, preferably within FAA-related programs or environments.
Strong understanding of construction and installation means, methods, and project execution practices.
Experience supporting project management activities, including scheduling and resource coordination.
Ability to develop resource plans, identify capacity challenges, and prioritize competing requirements.
Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively with technicians, project teams, stakeholders, and government-related customers.
Experience managing multiple priorities in a complex, mission-focused environment.
A background in aviation, federal programs, construction, installation, or related technical operations is highly desirable.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with distributed teams.
