You will work closely with sales, marketing, product, operations, and excellence teams while engaging with educational institutions across the assigned territory. The position also offers exposure to the rapidly evolving EdTech landscape, enabling you to stay at the forefront of digital innovation in education.

Opportunity

As Manager, Digital Acquisition, you will be responsible for driving digital sales targets within the assigned market through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and the promotion of Oxford University Press digital products and solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving digital sales budgets and achieving revenue targets through the effective promotion of digital products and services.
• Training and enabling the core sales team on digital products to support achievement of digital sales objectives.
• Conducting product demonstrations, product briefings, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities for prospective customers and qualified leads.
• Collaborating closely with core sales teams to build and maintain a strong sales funnel for digital products.
• Preparing and submitting proposals, supporting negotiations, conducting follow-ups, and ensuring timely closure of opportunities.
• Coordinating with schools and stakeholders to obtain confirmations and secure business commitments.
• Managing the end-to-end sales process, including order conversion, billing, onboarding, deployment, implementation, and product enablement.
• Supporting schools in the successful adoption and utilization of digital products and services.
• Building medium and long-term partnerships with existing and prospective school customers through the delivery of integrated solutions and services.
• Identifying new institutions, courses, business opportunities, and emerging market trends within the assigned territory.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on digital transformation initiatives within the K-12 education space.

This role plays a critical part in accelerating Oxford University Press's digital growth strategy, expanding market presence, and strengthening relationships with educational institutions through innovative learning solutions.

About You Essential Criteria

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of digital products, technology, and the EdTech ecosystem.
• Consultative selling experience with a customer-centric approach.
• Strong ability to influence and support customers on digital transformation initiatives.
• Thorough knowledge of the K-12 education market, including both print and digital learning solutions.
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Strong market knowledge of the assigned region.

Desirable Criteria

• Prior experience in educational publishing, EdTech, digital learning solutions, or related industries.
• Experience conducting product demonstrations, workshops, and customer training sessions.
• Knowledge of customer onboarding, implementation, deployment, and adoption processes.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, operations, and customer success functions.
