All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) program.None required beyond completion of an accredited LPN program.Current, valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
