About the OpportunityWere looking for an experienced and commercially minded Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of Corporate Offices across the Victorian Dovida region.
In this role, you'll partner closely with Business Operations Managers to drive business performance, operational excellence, and sustainable growth. As a senior leader, you'll be responsible for building high-performing teams, delivering exceptional client outcomes, and leading strategic initiatives that support Dovidas ongoing growth and transformation.

Key Responsibilities- Lead regional performance across financial, operational, people, and client outcomes.
- Partner with Business Operations Managers to develop strategic plans, set performance objectives, and drive accountability.
- Monitor business performance, identify growth opportunities, and improve profitability, efficiency, and market penetration.
- Support local offices to execute business development and community engagement initiatives.
- Drive operational excellence, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and client-focused service delivery.
- Coach, mentor, and develop Business Operations Managers to strengthen leadership capability and performance.
- Lead strategic projects, change initiatives, and business transformation activities across the region.
- Partner with National Office stakeholders to drive consistency, governance, and operational standards.
- Maintain oversight of regional revenue, profitability, gross margin, EBITDA, and budget performance.
- Build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and strong employee engagement.
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple sites, regions, or business units.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving financial and operational performance.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and influence leaders and high-performing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Experience leading organisational change and strategic initiatives.
- Relevant qualifications in business, management, or a related field.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly.
