Revenue Enablement Manager (Temporary, 12-18 Month Assignment)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Revenue Enablement Manager (Temporary, 12-18 Month Assignment) based in Canada.

This role is responsible for building and scaling revenue enablement programs that empower go-to-market teams with the skills, resources, and processes needed to succeed.
You will design impactful onboarding, training, and continuous learning initiatives that improve team performance and accelerate productivity.
The position partners closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver relevant content, tools, and methodologies.
You will help shape revenue processes, strengthen customer-focused storytelling, and support successful adoption of new products and technologies.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute the vision, roadmap, and priorities for go-to-market training and revenue enablement programs at both individual contributor and leadership levels.
  • Build, manage, and continuously improve scalable onboarding, certification, and ongoing learning programs to support faster and more consistent team ramp-up.
  • Create and deliver training materials, courses, workshops, and enablement resources tailored to business needs and team objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to develop role-based training, product launch enablement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Establish and optimize go-to-market processes, methodologies, playbooks, and best practices to improve team effectiveness.
  • Drive adoption of enablement platforms, revenue intelligence tools, CRM systems, and engagement solutions to increase productivity.
  • Define and document key hiring profiles, skill requirements, and success factors for go-to-market roles.
  • Measure program effectiveness through relevant metrics, insights, and performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide coaching, mentorship, and support to help team members strengthen their capabilities and achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate across departments while managing multiple projects in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in go-to-market training, sales enablement, revenue enablement, or a related field.
  • Experience in SaaS and/or GovTech environments is considered an asset.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and enablement platforms such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market methodologies such as MEDDIC, Challenger, or Sandler.
  • Proven ability to design, launch, and improve onboarding, training, or enablement programs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to create meaningful metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive with a hands-on approach to solving complex challenges.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, creativity, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
