In this role, you will be responsible for driving inbound marketing strategies focused on attracting, engaging, and nurturing qualified leads through SEO, content, and CRO initiatives.
You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to analyze website performance and identify opportunities to improve organic traffic and conversion rates.
The position involves producing data-driven recommendations and delivering clear reports to clients, translating complex SEO insights into actionable business strategies.
You will leverage industry-leading tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to monitor performance and guide optimization efforts.
This is a highly analytical and collaborative role, combining technical SEO expertise with strategic communication and client-facing responsibilities.
You will also contribute to team coordination, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement of inbound marketing processes across diverse industries.
- Develop and execute inbound marketing strategies focused on SEO, content optimization, and CRO to increase qualified traffic and conversions.
- Analyze website performance metrics, occupancy trends, and keyword data to identify optimization opportunities.
- Monitor and report KPIs, ensuring alignment with business and client objectives.
- Conduct technical and content SEO analysis using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Create structured reports and strategic recommendations for clients, clearly communicating complex SEO insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to implement improvements in content, structure, and digital performance.
- Support team coordination, workflow organization, and continuous improvement of inbound processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in SEO, inbound marketing, or digital performance analysis.
- Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic actions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
- Strong organization, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Portuguese with strong writing and grammatical accuracy.
- Experience with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively within cross-functional teams.
