Fredriksen Health Insurance, a local family-owned agency serving Idaho since 1980, is seeking a Seasonal Receptionist to join our team during the busy open enrollment season. This is a full-time, temporary position running from September 15, 2026 through January 31, 2027.

About the Role
As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This is a fast-paced front-office role, particularly during open enrollment. You’ll balance incoming calls, client appointments, scheduling, and administrative tasks while helping our team keep the day running smoothly.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Answering and directing phone calls
• Scheduling appointments for clients and team members
• Providing general administrative support and helping with office tasks as needed

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
• Dependable with consistent attendance, especially during our busiest season

Prior receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred, but not required. No insurance experience is necessary.
