POSITION PURPOSE:

The Co-Facilitator / Case Manager at InspireKids plays a key role in supporting children throughout their behavioral health journey by providing direct therapeutic support, care coordination, and case management within one integrated role.

Working closely with the clinical team, the Co-Facilitator / Case Manager helps create and maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment while supporting daily programming, therapeutic groups, skill-building activities, and behavior management interventions. This position reinforces individualized treatment goals, provides positive role modeling, and helps children develop the emotional, behavioral, and social skills needed to succeed at home, in school, and in the community.

The Co-Facilitator / Case Manager also helps coordinate each child’s care by maintaining consistent communication with families, clinicians, schools, and other members of the treatment team. Responsibilities include identifying barriers to treatment, connecting families with appropriate resources, supporting treatment plan objectives, coordinating services, and helping ensure continuity of care across settings.

Through direct engagement, care coordination, advocacy, and consistent follow-through, the Co-Facilitator / Case Manager helps children and families remain engaged in treatment and make meaningful progress toward their goals.

When qualified and assigned, this position may provide billable behavioral health and case management services in accordance with agency policies, credentialing standards, and applicable payer requirements.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, or youth services (6–12 months preferred)

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Capable of maintaining a safe, structured environment
  • Skilled in crisis de-escalation and trauma-informed care
  • Organized and timely with documentation
  • Able to build trust with children and families from diverse backgrounds
  • Committed to ethical standards and patient confidentiality

Licensure/Certifications

  • CPR certification preferred
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
