Job Description
With internal/external stakeholders, monitor awarded grants for compliance with budget funding requirements, including allowable costs, submission and reporting deadlines, and performance metrics. Maintain grant calendars. 20% Provide departmental administrative support. 20% Assist with audits, monitoring, and reviews by coordinating documentation, logistics and responding to requests and cross-functional coordination. 20% Track grant supported program performance outcomes and support data collection for evaluation and continuous improvement. 20% Support contract and partnership development related to grant-funded initiatives. 10% Contribute to strategic planning by identifying funding trends and aligning opportunities with organizational goals. 10%
Education
Bachelor's Degree Health Care Administration, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, English, Communications, or a related field 3 Years Experience in health care and/or higher Req Associate's Degree
Experience
3 Years Req . Demonstrated success in securing grant funding from federal, state, or private sources. . Strong knowledge of grant regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., Uniform Guidance, reporting standards). . Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives. . Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret guidelines, budgets, and performance data. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and grant management systems or databases. . Experience working with budgets and financial reporting in a grant-funded environment. . Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments. . High level of attention to detail and organizational skills. Req
Skills
Experience supporting audits or monitoring visits. Familiarity with systems such as Grants.gov, G5, or other grant submission portals. Experience in higher education, workforce development, or government-funded programs.
