In this role, you will support union members who have requested information about their benefits. You will explain their coverage, guide them through available options, and provide clear, reliable assistance throughout the process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating with union members through inbound and outbound calls
• Scheduling and conducting virtual or phone appointments
• Explaining benefit programs clearly and professionally
• Completing digital applications accurately and efficiently
• Following established compliance and quality standards
• Participating in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, professional, and service-oriented approach
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Strong organizational skills and self-motivation
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Confidence using computers, video-conferencing platforms, and other digital tools
• Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset but not required
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States or Canada
