The Role

This is your opportunity to make a difference every single day. You’ll serve as the connection between members and the benefit programs they’ve requested information about. Through virtual consultations, you’ll listen, guide, and help families find the options that best suit their needs.

This is a fully remote position, giving you the freedom to create your own schedule, maintain balance, and work alongside a supportive team that shares your drive to help others. Here, performance and purpose go hand in hand — your effort directly impacts the lives you touch.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Host virtual or phone meetings with members who have shown interest in available programs.

  • Build trust through active listening and empathy.

  • Explain benefits clearly and guide families to the right choices.

  • Keep accurate records and stay organized with digital tools.

  • Work collaboratively to meet goals and deliver exceptional service.

  • Participate in training and mentorship to continuously grow your skills.

  • Contribute ideas that improve team efficiency and member satisfaction.

What You Bring
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college education is a plus).

  • Proficiency with Zoom, email, and online communication tools.

  • Excellent people and communication skills.

  • Self-driven and organized, with the ability to work independently.

  • Experience in sales, customer service, or client support is helpful but not required — we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
