This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SAP CPI Consultant based in United States.
This is a fully remote opportunity for an experienced SAP integration professional to design and deliver enterprise-grade integration solutions across complex technology environments.
You will connect SAP S/4HANA and other SAP platforms with third-party, cloud, and non-SAP systems.
The role covers the complete integration lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through development, testing, deployment, and support.
You will work extensively with SAP Integration Suite/CPI, iFlows, APIs, messaging, and integration patterns.
Your work will help organizations build reliable, secure, scalable, and maintainable enterprise integration capabilities.
You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, architects, integration partners, and business stakeholders.

- Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and support enterprise integration scenarios using SAP Integration Suite/CPI.
- Build and maintain iFlows using Groovy/Java scripting and a broad range of CPI adapters.
- Connect SAP S/4HANA and other SAP applications with non-SAP, third-party, and cloud-based systems.
- Apply integration patterns, middleware concepts, API management, and message-based architectures to deliver scalable solutions.
- Support SAP API Management and event-driven integration architectures.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into robust interface designs and implementation plans.
- Participate in migration initiatives, including transitioning legacy SAP PI/PO interfaces to SAP CPI.
- Implement secure integrations using standards such as OAuth2, SAML, and certificate-based authentication.
- Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor production interfaces, resolve incidents, and provide post-go-live support.
- Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for integration solutions, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with functional consultants, enterprise architects, business stakeholders, and integration partners throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD practices for SAP Integration Suite content transports and deployments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of SAP integration experience, including at least 3 years working with SAP Integration Suite/CPI.
- Strong hands-on experience developing CPI iFlows, using Groovy or Java scripting, and working with multiple CPI adapters.
- Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns, middleware concepts, APIs, and message-based architectures.
- Experience with SAP API Management and event-driven architecture.
- Working knowledge of SAP PI/PO, with experience migrating PI/PO interfaces to CPI considered highly valuable.
- Experience integrating SAP environments such as S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or Concur.
- Knowledge of authentication and security standards including OAuth2, SAML, and certificate-based authentication.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
- SAP Integration Suite or CPI certification is preferred.
- Experience with SAP Event Mesh, SAP Advanced Event Mesh, SAP BTP, or the CAP framework is a plus.
- Familiarity with non-SAP integration platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi is advantageous.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices for SAP Integration Suite is preferred.
- Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually.
- Work arrangement: 100% remote within the United States.
