Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Agent in Jerome, Idaho at US Dairy Systems Inc

AD Chemco is looking to hire a shipping, receiving, and fulfillment associate for our Jerome location. Computer skills are required. Applicants must be detail oriented, self-driven, and team players.

Responsibilities:

Count and receive incoming freight using inventory software

Will be operating a forklift daily to pick and put away freight

Manage incoming orders

Count inventory of incoming and outgoing products

Perform inventory audits

Work with satellite locations to ensure timely delivery of their orders

Other Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support

Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization of your department

Other duties as assigned or as necessary

Required Qualifications:

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to handle hazardous materials

Must have a high school diploma, GED, or an employment history that demonstrates the required skills needed for the job

Demonstrate the ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete required documents, answer customer questions, and provide management support

Exceptional customer service skills

Have great organizational skills, professional presence, and work in a team environment. Will represent the company in a dependable and professional manner. The ability to work independently with little supervision when necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred. Microsoft Business Central and Power BI experience are a plus.

Physical Demands:

Applicants must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to fifty (50) pounds independently and one hundred (100) pounds with assistance.

Must be able to pass a physical agility test.

Must be able to pass a background and drug test.

Applicants must be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time.
