Job Description
Position Summary:The Property Management Systems Administrator is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the company's business systems, software platforms, and technology processes. This position works across multiple departments to ensure system functionality, data integrity, user support, and operational efficiency. The Systems Administrator assists with software administration, system integrations, process automation, reporting, and technology-related projects while serving as a resource for end users. This role supports the organization's technology infrastructure and helps ensure business systems align with operational needs and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Platform & Software Management
System Integration & AutomationKey Responsibilities:Platform & Software Management
- Provide comprehensive support for AppFolio, RealPage, Jonas Premier software systems
- Oversee Treasury management software operations
- Assist with The Mortgage Office loan servicing software
- Execute bi-weekly Jonas Premier system enhancements and updates
- Continuously evaluate all software systems to ensure optimal utilization, identify underused features, and recommend improvements or training to maximize ROI
- Implement and manage Cortex platform integration with Jonas Premier
- Facilitate software integration projects for Bear Homes
- Develop and maintain Smartsheet automation workflows for Real Estate Owned (REO) management
- Coordinate cross-platform data synchronization
- Deploy Power BI or AIM solutions for unified reporting across AppFolio, RealPage, and Jonas
- Create and maintain financial reporting dashboards
- Support data integration and analytics initiatives
- Lead AI rollout initiatives across organizational systems
- Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions
- Document processes and maintain system protocols
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years experience with property management software systems
- Proficiency in AppFolio, RealPage, Jonas platforms a plus
- Experience with treasury management software (Cash Sheet preferred)
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, AIM, or similar)
- Familiarity with automation tools like Smartsheet
- Understanding of AI implementation in business environments
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
