Accounts Receivable Clerk

Essential work requirements (not limited to):

Records, verifies and posts payments received by KMDSI. Ensures transactions are recorded promptly and accurately in accordance with internal accounting policies. Reconciles payments with accounts receivable ledger and prepares reports of delinquent accounts. Responsible for invoicing, sending customer statements, billing, collections and responding to customer inquiries regarding bills.

Maintains up-to-date customer information in system. Also responsible for doing inventory adjustments and entering inventory spot checks and audits. Assists A/P clerk when necessary.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, or 1 to 2 years of accounting experience.
• Ability to maintain good working relations with all KMDSI departments.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to be very accurate.
• Ability to multitask while completing all assigned duties.
• Excellent team player.
• Must be highly motivated and a self-starter.

Compensation:

• Starting at $24.00, with a 6-month performance review and consideration for a pay increase.

Conditions of Employment:

Hours of work:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.
