This role offers the opportunity to manage high-volume, multi-client bookkeeping operations in a fast-paced, U.S.-focused accounting environment. You will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy across dozens of clients, handling end-to-end bookkeeping cycles from daily transaction categorization to monthly financial reporting. The position requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight monthly close deadlines. You will also contribute to payroll processing and tax-related compliance tasks, ensuring smooth financial operations for a diverse client portfolio. Working in a remote setup, you will collaborate with accounting teams and stakeholders to maintain accurate, timely, and reliable financial records. This is an ideal opportunity for a seasoned bookkeeping professional who thrives in structured yet high-volume environments and enjoys process-driven financial work.

Accountabilities:
  • Perform daily categorization and data entry across a high volume of client accounts, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial records.
  • Complete monthly bank and credit card reconciliations to maintain up-to-date account integrity.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements, including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, and Balance Sheet reports.
  • Manage sales tax calculations and filings, including compliance for Florida and New York requirements.
  • Process payroll and related tax filings using specialized accounting software (Accounting CS).
  • Support month-end close activities across multiple clients with strict deadlines and reporting standards.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years of bookkeeping experience, ideally with exposure to U.S.-based clients and accounting standards.
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and advanced Excel functions for financial reporting and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Accounting CS or similar payroll/accounting software.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads and recurring monthly close cycles efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote or distributed environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market standards.
  • Potential for remote or flexible working arrangements depending on client setup.
  • Opportunity to work with multiple U.S.-based clients and diverse financial operations.
  • Exposure to structured monthly close processes and advanced accounting tools.
  • Professional growth in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
