In this role, you will be responsible for driving the top of the sales funnel through active prospecting and qualification activities, ensuring high-quality opportunities for the sales team.
- Conduct active outreach to potential clients via phone, email, WhatsApp, and digital channels, identifying fit with the ideal customer profile
- Engage in consultative conversations with business owners, managers, and IT professionals to understand operational needs before presenting solutions
- Qualify leads rigorously and schedule high-quality product demonstrations for the sales team with relevant business context
- Maintain CRM accuracy and pipeline organization, ensuring traceability of all interactions and activities
- Contribute to the evolution of scripts, messaging, and outreach strategies through testing and iteration
- Participate in team meetings, bringing market insights gathered from daily prospect interactions
- Manage a high-volume contact routine while balancing productivity and communication quality
- Take ownership of your development plan based on feedback and 1:1 coaching sessions
