This is a unique opportunity for an experienced machine learning engineer to help accelerate the delivery of cutting-edge AI-powered products at scale. In this role, you will act as a technical enabler and trusted partner for AI researchers, product teams, and engineering groups, helping transform experimental AI initiatives into reliable production-ready solutions. Rather than focusing on model creation, you will provide deep expertise across ML infrastructure, inference optimization, evaluations, data pipelines, and platform capabilities to support teams building innovative AI features. The position combines hands-on technical problem-solving with strategic enablement work, requiring strong collaboration, adaptability, and a passion for helping others succeed. • Serve as a technical solution expert across multiple machine learning domains, including evaluations, inference optimization, data pipelines, training workflows, labeling systems, and serving infrastructure.
• Partner directly with product, engineering, research, and data science teams to solve complex technical challenges and accelerate AI solution delivery.
• Guide teams on platform capabilities, best practices, and scalable implementation approaches to support efficient experimentation and production deployment.
• Develop reusable blueprints, frameworks, patterns, and operational standards that help teams adopt proven approaches and reduce implementation friction.
• Investigate, debug, and resolve complex ML infrastructure and performance issues while identifying root causes and sharing learnings across teams.
• Balance tactical hands-on support with strategic thinking to improve enablement processes and scale technical impact across the organization.
• Support optimization of AI inference systems and production infrastructure to improve performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Collaborate across multiple concurrent projects while adapting quickly to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.

• Strong experience in machine learning engineering, AI infrastructure, or ML platform enablement roles within technology-driven environments.
• Advanced proficiency in Python and hands-on experience working with machine learning frameworks and related tooling.
• Experience working with Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and ML workflows.
• Familiarity with model evaluation methodologies, experimentation processes, and inference optimization techniques.
• Experience supporting or collaborating closely with research, product, data science, or engineering teams in cross-functional settings.
• Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities across the full machine learning stack.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and thrive in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments.
