The environment is highly collaborative and client-focused, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic consulting setting with continuous exposure to evolving Workday technologies.

- Lead or contribute to client implementation projects, including integration design, build, testing, and deployment activities.
- Facilitate discovery sessions with client stakeholders to gather requirements and produce high-level technical design documentation.
- Provide guidance on Workday integration and security best practices to ensure optimal system performance and compliance.
- Collaborate with Engagement Managers and project teams to report progress, manage risks, and support delivery planning.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Support post-production activities, including updates, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of integration solutions.
- Participate in pre-sales support and client discussions to demonstrate technical expertise and solution value.
- Current Workday Integration Certification plus at least one additional certification (e.g., Studio, CCTPP, CCB, Financial Integrations).
- 4+ years of experience working with HCM/ERP systems and integration technologies such as SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, EDI, Java, or .NET.
- 3+ years of experience integrating third-party systems in enterprise or consulting environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday integrations, including implementation and post-production support.
- Solid understanding of HR data structures and business processes within enterprise systems.
- Experience in technical consulting, system analysis, and solution design within client-facing projects.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in dynamic environments while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Fully remote work opportunity across Australia or New Zealand.
- Exposure to large-scale Workday implementation projects and global clients.
- Professional development opportunities, including additional Workday certifications.
- Collaborative consulting environment with strong technical mentorship and knowledge sharing.
- Opportunity to contribute to both delivery and pre-sales activities.
- Flexible work environment with occasional travel when required.
