- Support make-to-order processes for selected customers by understanding requirements and coordinating appropriate supply.
- Collaborate with modelling teams to generate and improve statistical forecasts.
- Manage demand planning tools and contribute to improvements in planning processes, communication, and cross-functional ways of working.
- Track and improve key KPIs including forecast accuracy, forecast bias, customer service levels, fill rate, and inventory ageing.
- Experience in demand and supply planning within an FMCG or CPG environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, logical reasoning, and data interpretation skills.
- Practical experience developing and managing forecasts using statistical models and commercial inputs.
- Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and S&OE processes.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, with strong proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Power BI.
- High-level proficiency with SAP and familiarity with demand or supply planning systems.
- Experience working with large SKU portfolios and planning at SKU/location or SKU-depot level is highly valuable.

- Ability to manage high-stakes conversations independently while maintaining a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of complex planning challenges.
- Highly detail-oriented while maintaining visibility of broader commercial and supply chain objectives.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Full-time, remote work opportunity based in India.
- Opportunity to work in a large-scale demand and supply planning environment with exposure to multiple functions and stakeholders.
- Strong professional development and career growth opportunities within a global organization.
