Purpose: The purpose of the Contractor Access Admin is to assist in the daily operations and duties directly related to the access to the Yellowstone Club of the contractors, vendors, and employees.
Major Responsibilities
- Interact with contractors and vendors of the Yellowstone Club to provide assistance in matters including access and safety, to bolster loss prevention efforts and to offer general customer assistance.
- Answer contractors and vendors telephone, facsimile, email and mail in a timely manner.
- Meet departmental productivity, organization, punctuality/attendance and consistency standards.
- Perform work in a safe and high-quality manner.
- Project a favorable image of Yellowstone Club to Members and guests at all times.
- Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.
- Maintain documentation for contractor and vendors including but not limited to access paperwork, reports, RFID cards, updating and maintaining up to date contractor information, and weekly drive arounds to ensure jobsites are following our contractor guidelines.

Experience/Education Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years’ experience in customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Certificates & Licenses
Valid State Driver’s License
Computer Skills
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Suite of Products
Language Ability
Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors and other Yellowstone Club departments. Able to write clearly and legibly.
Math Ability
Able to perform basic math calculations.

The employee is constantly required to use their vision to perform an activity such as but not limited to: preparing vendor placards, viewing a computer, extensive reading and determining the accuracy, neatness, attention to detail, and thoroughness of the work assigned. The employee is constantly required to sit, sometimes for several hours at a time, and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.
This is a full-time year-round position located in Big Sky, Montana.
