About the role

• The Concierge Team Member is an on-site position that plays a central role in creating an exceptional patient experience at Redemption Orthodontics. As part of our Concierge Team, you will be one of the first people patients and families interact with—whether by phone, text, email, or in person. You will help patients feel welcomed, comfortable, informed, and cared for while keeping appointments, communication, paperwork, and front-office workflows running smoothly across our locations. This position reports to the Concierge Lead and may occasionally require travel between offices.

What you'll do

• You will welcome and check in patients, monitor the waiting room, and help ensure patients are taken back for their appointments on time. You will communicate with patients by telephone, text, and email; schedule and reschedule appointments using approved scheduling templates; collect required patient, responsible-party, and insurance information; return voicemails; confirm appointments; and promptly follow up with individuals requesting consultations.
• You will also ensure new-patient paperwork is complete and accurate, verify identification and demographic information, document patient interactions in Cloud 9, scan and route incoming documents, and complete insurance verification as needed. Additional responsibilities include processing payments, assisting with basic ledger and insurance questions, supporting same-day financial needs, completing opening and closing duties, and providing limited clinical support such as sterilization, preparing chairs, and assisting with records when appropriately licensed.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate is a warm, polished, and dependable communicator who enjoys helping people and can create a positive experience during every interaction. You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to move quickly between patients, responsibilities, and software systems without losing accuracy or professionalism.
• Basic dental knowledge is preferred.
• Experience in a dental, orthodontic, medical, hospitality, customer-service, or fast-paced administrative setting would be beneficial.
