Accountabilities:

As a BCBS Biller, you will manage billing investigations and customer account resolutions while ensuring compliance with established processes and service standards. Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience in healthcare billing, account resolution, or a related customer support environment. You should be comfortable analyzing financial information, managing sensitive customer interactions, and working independently in a remote setting.

  • Experience with billing operations, account management, healthcare revenue cycle processes, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate complex issues.
