REGISTERED/CERTIFIED MEDICAL ASSISTANT --UROLOGY in Bowling Green, Kentucky at Graves Gilbert Clinic

• Rooming patients;

• Obtaining vitals and patient histories;

• Assisting physician and providers with procedures and exams;

• May require floating within the department as necessary;

• Monitoring, cleaning, and stocking patient exam rooms;

• Ordering supplies;

• Electronic charting;

• Telephone interactions;

• Pre-certifications/pre-authorizations;

• Scheduling;

• As expected with all healthcare positions, must adhere to HIPAA/OSHA regulations and maintain annual required workplace trainings.
• Other duties as necessary/assigned.

CERTIFIED NURSES ASSISTANTS MAY BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSIITON BUT MUST BE WILLING TO OBTAIN CERTIFICATION IN CLINICAL MEDICAL ASSISTING WITHIN THE FIRST YEAR OF EMPLOYMENT IF HIRED
