About the role
We are seeking hybrid therapists with strong clinical competency in treating trauma, anxiety, ADHD, and depressive disorders, as well as experience using evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
You must have a valid California licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing team in our office in Ontario, California. Must live near the office for in-person sessions 3 days a week.
Schedule: Full-time, hybrid — 3 days in office and 2 days virtual (must be available 4 days evening hours)
Starting Salary: $88,000 per year
What you'll do
- Provide therapy services to individuals ages 6 and up. at 30 sessions per week.
- Experience with play therapy and other child-centered interventions
- Conduct intake assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical documentation
- Maintain timely and accurate progress notes and client records
- Collaborate with supervisors and multidisciplinary team members regarding client care
- Provide trauma-informed, ethical, and culturally responsive services
- Participate in consultation, supervision, and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Must hold an active California license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW
- Must reside in California and within a reasonable commuting distance of Ontario, CA
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health therapy services required
- Training and experience in evidence-based therapeutic practices required
- Competency in treating trauma, anxiety, and depressive disorders required
- Commitment to culturally competent, inclusive, and ethical mental health care
- Technology requirement: computer or similar, camera, microphone, internet, private office space free from distraction.
