This is a full-time logistics and operations opportunity focused on coordinating daily service routes and maximizing fleet efficiency. You will manage incoming service orders and use specialized routing software to organize same-day and next-day schedules across multiple service categories. The role plays a critical part in ensuring drivers, vehicles, facilities, and customer requirements are effectively coordinated throughout the day. You will analyze real-time operational data, adjust routes as conditions change, and proactively resolve issues before they impact service delivery. Success in this position requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment. You will collaborate closely with operational leaders, drivers, and other teams to maintain accurate schedules and deliver reliable customer service. This remote position is open to candidates who live and work in Canada, with the role supporting operations from a combination of office and plant/field environments.

• Route Planning: Design and redesign routes for the following day and throughout the current day, applying routing principles and real-time operational data to maximize fleet utilization, improve productivity, and support cost efficiency.
• Service Routing: Coordinate routing activities for Commercial, Residential, Rolloff Container, and POL services for designated operational sites, ensuring service requirements are appropriately assigned and scheduled.
• Staffing and Route Adjustments: Split and reorganize routes when driver callouts, staffing shortages, or other operational constraints occur, ensuring service continuity and efficient resource allocation.
• Driver Assignment: Assign service tickets to appropriate drivers throughout the day and determine route actions needed to support timely and complete service delivery.
• Workforce Coordination: Determine daily driver staffing requirements and collaborate with operational managers to ensure schedules and workforce information remain accurate and current.
• Operational Data Management: Review, collect, verify, and analyze real-time information related to routes, vehicles, disposal facilities, productivity, and staffing to support effective routing decisions.
• Issue Resolution: Identify potential delivery, pickup, staffing, and routing problems and take proactive action to resolve them before they develop into customer service issues.
• Route Completion: Monitor route progress throughout the day, applying established routing principles and operational judgment to ensure routes are completed efficiently.
• Additional Support: Perform other operational and routing duties as required to support the ongoing needs of the service operation.

• Education: High School Diploma or accredited GED is required. A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• Relevant Experience: At least 6 months of relevant work experience, ideally involving teamwork, operational coordination, or a fast-paced service environment.
• Bilingual Communication: Fluency in both French and English, spoken and written, is required due to frequent communication with employees, customers, and other stakeholders located both within and outside Quebec.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with multiple operational teams and stakeholders while coordinating time-sensitive service requirements.
• Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to assess changing circumstances, identify operational challenges, and make practical decisions that support service continuity and efficiency.
• Organization: Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple service orders, routes, staffing considerations, and changing priorities simultaneously.
• Teamwork: A collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively with drivers, managers, customers, and other operational partners.
• Technology Skills: Comfortable working with computer-based routing, scheduling, and operational management systems, as well as standard office equipment.
• Work Environment: Ability to perform duties involving repetitive motions, sitting, talking, hearing, and eye/hand/foot coordination, with reasonable accommodations available where required.
• Work Authorization: Must live and work in Canada.

• Compensation: Expected base pay range of $58,500–$62,500, with the final offer determined based on factors such as relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
