This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Service - Leadership Opportunity based in the United States.

The Client Service Team Lead will combine exceptional client service with opportunities to develop leadership and team-management skills.
This fully remote role focuses on building strong client relationships, providing guidance, and delivering high-quality service through virtual channels.
You will support clients with enrollment, coverage questions, policy updates, and ongoing service needs while maintaining a professional and solutions-focused approach.

Accountabilities:
  • Meet with clients through Zoom and phone appointments to understand their needs and provide professional, responsive service.
  • Provide clear guidance regarding available benefits and coverage options.
  • Answer client questions and resolve concerns using a professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach.
  • Assist clients with enrollment, policy updates, and ongoing service requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent and high-quality communication.
  • Lead by example by demonstrating professionalism, accountability, integrity, and strong service standards.
  • Coach, support, and encourage team members as they develop their client service and leadership capabilities.
  • Foster a collaborative, positive, and productive remote team environment.
  • Participate in leadership development, mentorship, and professional training programs.
  • Use virtual communication and collaboration tools to strengthen team engagement, communication, and performance.

Requirements
  • Outstanding customer service skills and a strong commitment to creating positive client experiences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate effectively through phone and virtual channels.

  • Previous experience in customer service, client relations, sales, retail, healthcare, hospitality, call center operations, business management, or a related field is beneficial.
  • Previous leadership experience is helpful but not required; coachability, motivation, and commitment to professional growth are highly valued.
  • Ability and willingness to participate in comprehensive training and mentorship programs.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and physically located within the United States.
  • Must have access to a computer or laptop, reliable high-speed internet, webcam, and microphone.
