About This Position

The Program Coordinator supports the execution of new product and R&D programs by maintaining program documentation, tracking deliverables, and coordinating activities across functions. This role ensures timely communication, status updates, and completion of supporting tasks under the direction of a Program Manager or Senior Program Manager.

Essential Job Duties
  • Assist Program Managers in maintaining program timelines, documentation, and action item logs.
  • Schedule and coordinate cross-functional meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Track status of deliverables and escalate issues where deadlines are at risk.
  • Maintain databases, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide visibility into program progress.
  • Support the preparation of customer-facing documents and internal presentations.
  • Assist in collecting and organizing program inputs such as risk assessments, feasibility analyses, and validation plans.
  • All other tasks and duties as assigned by manager.
Metrics for Success
  • Timely and accurate maintenance of program records and trackers.
  • On-time follow-up on action items and deliverables.
  • Accuracy and clarity in reporting tools and dashboards.
  • Internal team feedback on support effectiveness.
Qualifications

Education:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a technical field.

Experience:

• 1–3 years in a program support, project coordination, or administrative role.

• Manufacturing or engineering environment exposure is preferred.

• Familiarity with APQP or program launch processes is a plus.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project tracking tools.

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

Work is typically performed in an office environment with occasional visits to manufacturing plants. Candidate must be able to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
