Job Title: Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant

Talantage is currently seeking an Advanced Practice Professional (NP/PA) to join our team at our client's correctional facility. This position is a full-time position working with in facility medical units Evening Shift.

The Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant works under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management. This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and medication management.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Maryland APRN license
• Ability to pass background check
• 2+ years experience working as an NP
• Current DEA registration
