At Colville Health and Rehabilitation of Cascadia, we serve with love to make life full of purpose. We’re looking for dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our care team and help us provide exceptional, person-centered care to our residents.

• Assist residents with daily living activities like grooming, bathing, dressing, and eating
• Support mobility and positioning, including transfers and range-of-motion exercises
• Take and record vital signs, intake/output, and other health indicators
• Respond to call lights and resident needs with compassion and urgency
• Document care and participate in care planning and interdisciplinary meetings
• Help create a warm, respectful, and supportive environment for residents

• A current CNA license in good standing
• Ability to respond quickly and calmly in emergencies
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
• Commitment to maintaining resident dignity and confidentiality
