Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at the country club. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in scheduling is essential to accommodate our members' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to club members and guests

- Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed

- Ensure compliance with all TABC regulations and club policies

- Engage with members and guests to enhance their experience

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume setting

- Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

- TABC certification is required

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
