MANAGEMENT TRAINEE at SOUTHEASTERN BANK – DARIEN, Georgia

• The Management Trainee is a junior officer position designed to prepare an individual for a career in banking.
• A candidate is typically a recent college graduate with a degree in business and has little or no banking experience.
• The individual will begin a program of internal & external training and mentorship designed for education in various aspects of banking.
• This program usually follows a plan of training that provides a scheduled rotation through various departments and/or functions of the Bank over the course of one to two years.
• Responsibilities may include preparation of financial statement analysis, research industry information, generate loan portfolio reports, document preparation, market and business development, customer service and/or other duties within the various Bank departments.
• Provides a high level of service; and ensures compliance with Bank policies and procedures.
